Local business gives up, converts property to residential. Town will now lose another business & jobs along with it. I see that all the money, time and talent in further antagonizing this local business has paid off - Right! (sarcastically).

What has the town really achieved here? I hope the expenses on this stupid pathetic battle are itemized in the public records. I'm proud of this pathetic endeavor! - Right! (sarcastically) I guess there's too much money laying around on all sides to keep after this kindergarten ordeal. I hate to see my tax money being spent on such a winless and pathetic battle. The stupid company that bought that building should have never of invested it's dollars into that building with all the grief and thanklessness they get from neighbors and the town. I suggest when they leave, they never look back and by the way - it's better off an apartment anyhow.
