Rumor has it that many folks in town want it to grow, they just don't want it to change. I guess Huntertown will never thrive Commercially, especially since there is no infrastructure to support any comprehensive business plan. How many groupies that have say so in issues with this town. Also, any "outsider" coming in to town is rarely accepted. If you weren't born there, your an automatic outsider. Unfortunately, many small towns are like this. This is why so many opt to pass up
Huntertown and available lots zoned Commercial nearby remain unsold and
undeveloped. Huntertown wants to grow, but not change they way they are now. Makes a lot of sense, huh?
