  The town will build a new playground soon. This will surely help the "Comprehensive Business Plan." So much money was spent on it for the lawyers and politicians. Maybe the town will be better off economically with a place to walk a dog or a place for the skate borders to go. I'll bet no local business' will participate in the creation of that park having our taxes and revenue going to Fort Wayne or Kendallville or an out of state company. No wonder there isn't any donations flooding in to build it. The park will achieve economic victory for locals I'm sure! (LOL).
