	Miller Real Estate in town is unable to prevent neighbors ramp construction. Miller Realty no longer enjoys parking right up against neighbors garage door. Neighbor builds ramp 6' wide to keep Miller away from door and off property since it's so difficult to get him to acknowledge where his property truly stops. Town Sheriff tells Miller it's a civil matter yet ramp remains.
