  Linda Avens, a town school bus driver & owner of several properties and rentals in town including Former Rock & Gem store from years ago (operated by her relative) on Old 3 between Trinity & Edgerton, joins in fight to stifle
neighbors Commercial use transfer to residential. Town Sheriff settles several parking battles when summoned by Avens but unfortunately is stifled in her attempt to accomplish anything productive, eventually forced to comply with Town Sheriff and to stop her tenants in her custody and control from parking in allocated neighbor spots.
