  Leo Tire owns the other Commercial property in downtown Huntertown that remains un-improved and all but abandoned. For years the tire business has operated outside Huntertown City Limits yet uses this building with substantial square footage and potential for storage of his tires for his business in Leo, Indiana. Offer to buy the building has been rejected. This building hosts ample space inside the building and ample space in the rear of it with many buildings and pole barns that are in disrepair and degrading as time goes by. Recently a bathroom was added and other amenities for their use while loading / unloading tire inventory. I wonder if the Fire Department is aware of the risks of storing tires.
